Bad Bear Consulting’s Chief Operations Officer has attained respectability through project successes of individuals at the ACA Northern Region Contracting Center - FT Eustis, U.S. Army South, Panama-Central America and the Veterans Benefits Administration in Washington, DC.

Bad Bear Consulting has functioned as a subcontractor to PE Systems, Inc. and recently completed contract #DCTO-2008-C-0043 to provide “Statement of Work Writer Services” for the Government of the District of Columbia.
